FITZ

The FITZ - Theatre of Animated Forms has been an important part of Stuttgart's cultural scene for over 40 years and is one of the most important puppet theatres in Europe. Originally started as a classical puppet theatre, today it is a venue for modern forms of theatre in which puppet, object and dance theatre are combined with performance and visual art. Every season, the FITZ puts on around 250 performances of around 35 different plays - for adults and children. Two thirds of these are created by artists from the region, many of whom studied puppet theatre at the University of Stuttgart. The FITZ is permanently supported by the city of Stuttgart.

Mo-Fr 10:30-13:30 telefonisch. Kassenöffnungszeiten 1h vor jeder Vorstellung.Anfahrt
Das FITZ ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Wegen Baustellen ist der Weg von den Haltestellen aber erschwert. Auch defekte Rolltreppen oder Aufzüge können ein Hindernis sein. Barrierearmer Zugang zum FITZ Theater

Der Zugang zum FITZ ist barrierearm gestaltet. Vom Straßenbereich aus kommen Sie ohne Stufen in den Innenhof, der verglast ist. Die Türen zum Innenhof öffnen sich automatisch. Von dort führt eine Rampe direkt ins große Foyer. Der weitere Weg ins Theater ist ebenfalls barrierefrei.
Unsere Studiobühne im 1. Stock erreichen Sie mit einem rollstuhlgerechten Aufzug. Die Tür des Aufzugs ist 90 cm breit, der Innenraum ist 140 cm tief.
Bitte beachten Sie: Im Hauptraum gibt es feste Stühle. Rollstuhlplätze sind begrenzt und befinden sich vor der ersten Reihe. Das Gleiche gilt für die Studiobühne. Wir arbeiten daran, die Situation zu verbessern. Wenn Sie mit einem Rollstuhl kommen möchten, informieren Sie uns bitte bei der Kartenbestellung.
